Experience the best of Canada’s diverse culture and community spirit! Enjoy a full day of live entertainment on multiple stages, a licensed area, artist exhibits, an amusement area, and a variety of activities, crafts, and contests that showcase our country’s unique heritage. Fun for all ages! 

We are excited to announce Elijah Woods as this year’s headline performer on the Main Stage. 
Elijah Woods is a multi-faceted singer-songwriter, producer, and DJ, from Perth, Ontario.

Fireworks

Richmond Hill is proud to host, one of the largest and most entertaining pyro-musical fireworks displays in the Region! Refer to the “Fireworks Viewing Area” signage situated throughout the park grounds for the best locations to catch the display starting at 10 p.m. sharp. This year's fireworks soundtrack contains a melody of songs from various Canadian artists throughout different genres.

Party Tyme Treats and Amusements is a family-owned and operated company with over 10 years of experience, proudly offering some of the most unique and thrilling inflatables and attractions around the region. Get ready to experience the excitement of an 85ft inflatable zipline, charming trackless train, and so much more.

Tim Hortons Coffee For A Year Grand Prize Giveaway Terms and Conditions

As part of Richmond Hill Canada Day 2025, Tim Hortons has generously provided Tim Hortons gift cards valuing $1,000 towards the Tim Hortons Coffee for a Year Grand Prize Giveaway (“Tim Hortons Coffee for a Year”).

1.  How to Enter

To enter the Giveaway, participants must complete and submit a ballot at the Tim Hortons main stage tent on July 1, 2025 between 2 and 8 p.m. EST (or until ballots last). A limited number of ballots will be made available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Participants must complete all ballot information to be received as a valid ballot entry. Only one ballot is permitted per eligible participant.

2. Eligibility

The Giveaway is open to all residents of Ontario who are 18 years of age or older as of July 1, 2025. Employees of the Corporation (City of Richmond Hill), as well as such employees’ immediate family (father/mother, brother/sister, son/daughter) or persons living under the same roof are not eligible to enter this Giveaway.

3. Prize Package

Tim Hortons gift cards valuing $1,000 (“Tim Hortons Coffee for a Year”).

4. Procedure of Awarding Prizes

A random draw will be conducted by the Corporation from among all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period before July 7, 2025.

For the random draw, Corporation staff will randomly select a winning ballot from the total ballots collected. The Corporation shall assume no liability for losses, delays, errors, malfunction, damage or any other issue that may occur during collection, retention or processing of the ballots. The first selected participant for the “Tim Hortons Coffee for a Year” prize package to correctly answer the mandatory mathematical skill-testing question shall be declared the winner, subject to meeting all of the conditions described in these rules.

The winner will be contacted by staff of the Corporation through the email address they provided on their ballot.

Prizes will be given to the winner by July 31, 2025. If a winner cannot be reached within three (3) days following the first attempt of contact, incorrectly answers the mathematical skill-testing question, or declines the prize, the prize shall be forfeited and the Corporation has the right, at its sole discretion, to randomly select another winner.

5. General Rules 

5.1 The Giveaway is open on July 1, 2025 between 2 and 8 p.m. EST (or until ballots last) only.

5.2 To be declared a winner, the winner must first correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question.

5.3 The winner shall sign a release declaring their eligibility as stipulated in Section 2 of these rules; and releasing the Corporation and Tim Hortons as well as its respective directors, officers and employees (the "Giveaway Parties") from all liability for any damage or loss arising from participation in this Giveaway or from the awarding, acceptance or use of the prize.

5.4 The prize shall be accepted as is and may not be exchanged. No substitutions will be allowed. All 10 $100 Tim Hortons gift cards with a value of $1,000, cannot be exchanged and/or substituted for any cash value.

5.5 Refusal to accept the prize releases the Giveaway Parties from any obligation toward the winner.

5.6 The Giveaway Parties assume no liability for any loss, damage or injury, including without limitation: (i) lost, stolen, delayed, damaged, misdirected, late, destroyed, illegible or incomplete entries; (ii) loss, theft or damage to software or computer or telephone data, including any breach of privacy; (iii) fraudulent calls; (iv) inability of any person to participate in the Giveaway for any reason including mistaken addresses on mail or email; technical, computer or telephone malfunctions or other problems with computer online systems, servers, access providers, computer equipment, or software; congestion on the internet or at any website, or any combination of the foregoing; (v) damage to any person's computer, including as a result of playing or downloading any material relating to the Giveaway; (vi) any delay or inability to act resulting from any event or situation beyond their control whatsoever, including a public health or other emergency, or strike, lockout or other labour dispute at their location or the locations of the organizations and businesses whose services are used to administer this Giveaway; or (vii) prizes that are lost, damaged or misdirected during shipping.

5.7 All personal information, such as name and contact information, is collected by the Corporation solely for the purposes of administering this Giveaway and shall not be used for any other purposes without your express consent. By providing this information, you consent to it being used for the stated purposes. 5.8 All entries must include a valid email account that may be identified by reverse domain name search. The sole determinant of time for the purposes of receipt of a valid entry in this Giveaway will be the Giveaway server.

5.9 Odds of winning a prize in the Giveaway depend on the number of eligible entries. All entries that are incomplete, illegible, irregular, have been submitted through illicit means, using any robotic, automatic programmed method that artificially increases the odds of winning or do not conform to or satisfy any condition of the rules may be disqualified by the Corporation. The Corporation is not responsible for any errors or omissions in printing or advertising this Giveaway.

5.10 The Corporation reserves the right to amend the Giveaway rules or to terminate the Giveaway at any time without any liability to any Giveaway participants.

5.11 By entering this Giveaway, you agree to abide by the Giveaway rules and the decisions of the Corporation, whose decisions are final and binding on all Giveaways.

Q: What is the cost of admission?
A: Admission to the event is free. Fees will apply for any vendor purchases and midway attractions.
Q: Where can I park?
A: There are various public parking signs throughout the venue for parking. There are also parking attendants on-site to help direct traffic through the parking lots.
Q: Is there accessible parking?
A: Yes, accessible parking is available onsite in the Reserved Parking Lot. If you require accessible parking, please email events@richmondhill.ca to make arrangements.  
Q: Can I ride my bicycle to the event?
A: You are encouraged to walk or bike! Limited bike racks are available near the entrance of the Sports Centre. 
Q: Does the event close if it rains?
A: The event will continue rain or shine. In case of inclement weather where safety is a concern, you will be asked to exit the park.
Q: Is there an ATM on-site?
A: Yes, there is an ATM located inside the Midway area.
Q: Can I bring my dog or other pets?
A: Yes, Pets are welcome on the Richmond Green Park grounds. Please refrain from bringing pets into the food and beverage area. In addition, we strongly encouraged you to leave your pets at home for the fireworks display at 10 p.m. 
Q: What time do the fireworks start and where is the viewing area?
A: Fireworks begin promptly at 10 p.m. Fireworks viewing area signs are located throughout the site.
Q: Can I register for the contests on event day?
A:Yes, contestants wishing to participate in one of the various contests must visit the Contest Registration Booth at the Wedding Gazebo on event day.
